Your Reservation
To ensure the best experience for every guest, we kindly ask that you confirm your appointment promptly when you receive our reminder. You’ll receive a courtesy text or email 48 hours in advance, but once reserved, your appointment time is yours to honor.

Guests & Arrival
For the comfort of all, please arrive alone to your appointment and use our Thompson Street entrance.

Cancellations
We kindly require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules, though 48 hours is always appreciated so our team has time to fill your reserved spot. Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, will be subject to the full service charge. We appreciate your understanding as it allows us to provide exceptional care for every guest.

If you are feeling unwell, we are happy to reschedule your appointment. Your health and the well-being of our community is our top priority.
