  • We are a safe space for ALL. During your visits expect to see people from all walks of life.

  • Confirmations are crucial. Reservations will be honored with a strict confirmation policy.

  • Please limit the number of people accompanying you to your visit to FiveOneSeven salon/spa. We prefer that you attend your appointment with no additional guests.

  • Please use our Thompson St. entrance.

  • Each guest will receive a text or email reminder 48 hours before their scheduled visit. Please respond ASAP. These communications are a courtesy. Guests are expected to take responsibility for their reservation dates/times once scheduled.

  • Last minute cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before appointment time and no call/no shows will be subject to full-service charges.

  • Although we enforce a strict confirmation and cancellation policy, we also have safety for all as the highest priority. If you are not feeling well or experiencing any symptoms, we will be happy to reschedule.

  • We are by appointment only. To ensure you get the time and day you desire, we ask that you call ahead to reserve and prebook your next appointment at the end of each visit.
