  • CONFIRMATIONS ARE CRUCIAL! Reservations will be honored with a strict confirmation policy. We need to be 100% sure that you have read and agree to our new  guidelines and will be at your scheduled visit. 
  • Each guest will receive the first reminder 48 hours before scheduled visit. Please respond ASAP. These communications are a courtesy. Guests are expected to take responsibility of  reservation dates/times once scheduled.
  • If we have not received confirmation within 24 hours of your reservation we will make 1 final call to confirm. If we are still unable to confirm your visit, it will be canceled and offered to the next guest. 

  • Last minute cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours and No call/No shows will be subject to full service charges.

  • Although we will be enforcing a strict confirmation policy, we also have the safety for all as the highest priority. If you are not feeling well or experiencing any symptoms, we will be happy to reschedule.

  • Employees nor guests will be permitted on the premises if they are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms.

  • Employees and guests will wear protective face masks.

  • Premium spots: Our service timing for each guest will be limited due to safety guidelines and demand of time.

  • Due to the amount of time that we have been away from each other you can expect additional product and/or time costs will be in order for most services.

  • Upon arrival, please wait in your car and call the salon to let us know you are here. Please limit personal items to keys, phone, beverage and form of payment. We will get you checked in for your visit and let you know when your service provider is ready! We will not be offering an indoor waiting area or beverages until further notice. Please bring your own beverage with you.

  • Only those receiving services will be allowed to enter our building. Please do not bring anyone with you to your appointment.

  • To safely serve you, guests will be greeted at our Thompson St. entrance to sanitize and review our enhanced protocols.

  • All equipment used by a service provider will be sanitized between guests.

  • Clean capes and smocks will be used for each guest

  • Doors and exits will be sanitized

At FiveOneSeven salon/spa, you can expect to see our staff cleaning frequently touched surfaces more often, including doorknobs, phones, banisters, handrails, throughout the facility as well as the tools we use to perform services. We can all do our part to prevent the spread of illness in our community. You can help by staying home/rescheduling your appointment if you’re feeling sick. Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure and include fever, cough, and shortness of breath. If you are healthy, we look forward to seeing you with your protective face mask!
