Jessie Howard

Jessie is a licensed cosmetologist who graduated from Atlas Academy of Cosmetology. Growing up, she always had a strong passion to do hair, makeup, and nails. She loves to express herself and strives to help others look and feel confident too! She enjoys doing hair coloring services, blowouts, and eyelash extensions! Outside of the salon, Jessie is most likely hanging out with close friends or spending quality time with her family.
